Benchwarmers

Washington Square Park in New York City is one of my favorite  places to people watch.  I've found many subjects there.  The secret is photographing very discreetly.  It helps to have someone with you who will "pose" in front of your intended subject.  These people were not really sitting together.  I sat in one place and over the period of an hour photograph everyone who sat down.  That's how they all came together on canvas.
